Three small rooms
One quiet block.
Everything in Luma lives in three rooms: the bar, the shelves, and the back lounge. Each one has its own pace.
Order your morning
Single-origin espresso, slow filter, fresh pastries and seasonal plates. Pick up at the bar or grab a table inside.
Hold a book before it sells out
A small, carefully chosen catalog of fiction, essays and design. Reserve a copy and we'll keep it under the counter.
Slow rooms, full of people
Author talks, book clubs, hand-on workshops and open mic nights. Plus a private reading room you can book by the hour.
Our small idea
A bookstore that pours
a really good coffee.
We started Luma because the third place was getting loud. We wanted somewhere you could open a chapter and not be interrupted, but where the espresso was still pulled with care and the pastries still came in warm.
Every book on the wall has been read by at least one of us. The menu is short on purpose. The back room locks when you want it to.
